Rhonda H. Davis, APRN, CNP, is an Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who joined the Pearl Clinic in 2014 with over 30 years of clinical experience.

Joining The Pearl Clinic in 2025, Julia, brings with her multiple bachelor degrees in Biology and Nursing, and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University.
Started in 2026
Carla Miller is the latest to join The Pearl Clinic. She started her career at Delaware Tech studying nursing in 2002 after her father was diagnosed with diabetes. As a nurse, she worked in the Emergency Department at AGH.
